The machinery company in July this year, the order 2 specifications of mud pump to ZWZ ZWZ bearing demand, engineering and Technology Research Center for technical personnel to install on-site customer site field survey. The researchers found that the engineering installation conditions of mud pump bearing is different from the past, the bearing load is more demanding, and the current existing ZWZ bearing of mud pump can not meet the installation requirements of customers. After careful study of the working conditions and technical exchanges with customers, the product development engineer of engineering technology research center put forward a new design plan by improving the design parameters, and achieved success in one fell swoop. Through customer acceptance, fully meet the supply requirements.
In the whole product design, R & D and manufacturing process, the technical research center of the engineering team and the staff of the manufacturing unit cooperate with each other to overcome the multiple difficulties and ensure the final smooth production of the product.
