The "arm" suddenly fell off the machine

Excavator arm fall off is commonly known as the excavator arm, refers to the large excavator arm automatic whereabouts in operation, and falling fast, more than the prescribed distance of fall (5 minutes of bucket teeth decreased more than 95mm). This is a fault phenomenon.

Fault classification:

1 excavator arm drop arm

2 small excavator arm off arm

Arm fall off in 3 excavator

Everything must have a cause, see why "off the arm":

The 1 arm anti floating valve abnormal wear, it is recommended to check the valve and safety valve.

2 orifice obstruction, need to clean the spool and orifice.

3 the size of the arm cylinder leakage or valve hole digging machine allocation not blocking, distribution valve spool wear, distribution valve clearance is too large, the distribution valve main valve wear damage.

4 arm return oil safety valve failure

5 large arm safety relief valve oil seal damage

6 cylinder oil seal damage

7 valve group leakage, the need for overhaul valve group

8 hydraulic pump proportional solenoid valve bad connections.

So how to deal with it?

1, when the phenomenon of falling arm occurs in the operation, the arm pressure can be reduced first (smaller than the normal pressure), and whether the arm will fall quickly will be observed

2 if the falling speed quickly, is proposed to replace the arm oil seal.

3 if the replacement of oil seal, the fault still exists, need to check back to the oil boom safety valve.

4 check valve group digging machine pressure.

Excavators appear arm failure phenomenon, may affect the progress of the work, like people, arm injury, doing anything is not convenient. So, if your machine arm is out of order, must be timely maintenance.
