The relationship between Vogele paver hammer speed and walking speed of paver
In the process of paving, when the position of the elevation cylinder does not change, it shows a relative balance between the paver paving speed, the weight of the screed and the hammer speed. Once one of the parameters changes, it immediately affects the suspension of the screed.
There is a close relationship between the speed of hammer and the paving speed. Any change of paving speed will affect the pre compaction of the paving layer without changing the speed of the hammer and the position of the oil cylinder at the elevation angle.
If the paving speed is increased, the hammer speed is not increased. The bearing capacity of paving materials will be relatively reduced, which will lead to the increase of paving elevation and the decrease of paving thickness caused by colleagues.
Application of automatic leveling system paving
If the automatic leveling system is used in the paving process, the ideal height of the screed will be maintained by increasing the paving elevation, but the uniform density can not be guaranteed.
After compacting the roller
When the compactor is compacted, it will be found that the different compactness will cause the difference of the paving layer.
