It is reported that 31 independent support devices have been completed no-load test, 110% dynamic load test and 125% static load test, the identification results meet the requirements of equipment specifications, test outline and related specifications. According to the expert group and 31 equipment project engineer, to participate in the identification of the supporting device, with three in technical innovation: first, the independent innovation research and development of control system, six degree of freedom control was realized by PLC and RMC controller; second, with the control of high precision performance, can accurately adjust the position of the steam generator and the attitude, complete the steam generator and the main pipeline of group work; thirdly, reasonable mechanical structure design, safe and reliable using two A type frame, sliding frame, horizontal and vertical hydraulic system structure, meet the installation requirements of steam generator.
