This type of roller is driven by a hydraulic pump vibration motor, and then excited motor driven eccentric shaft on the eccentric block, resulting in vibration of steel wheels. The rotation speed of the motor controls the strong vibration and micro vibration of the roller, that is to say, control the magnitude of the amplitude. The two exciting shafts of the steel wheel are connected together by the middle shaft coupling, and the eccentric block is driven to rotate together to cause vibration.

In the working process, the vibration switch is opened, and the vibration electromagnetic valve is opened to supply the oil channel of the hydraulic pump, and the vibration driving motor starts work. The exciting motor is connected to the exciting shaft by a spline rubber sleeve, and the vibration shaft on the left is driven from the exciting shaft on the left to vibrate together.

1 、 hydraulic system failure

As shown in the diagram, if the solenoid valve 7 or 4 is damaged, the vibration motor can not produce vibration, and now there is a slight vibration, indicating that the solenoid valve is not fault. Furthermore, if the spring safety valve 5 or 6 damaged, may also lead to low oil pressure without strong vibration, but we measured the pressure relief valve vibration pump 6 is 44MPa, the pressure is normal; vibration motor safety valve 5 is 42MPa, it is normal, it can exclude the possibility of the hydraulic system avoidance.

2 、 the vibration shaft of the steel wheel is out of order

Open the left side of the steel wheel to observe, it is found that the coupling rubber sleeve has been broken, and the right vibration shaft is broken.

Analysis of the reasons that: the coupling rubber block is broken, two vibrating shaft long time withstand mechanical shock, in the absence of the rubber block under the vibrating shaft must withstand the impact fatigue due to long time and broken.

When dealing with such a fault, we must proceed from reality. If the imported shaft is used, the time is long and the cost is high, so the customer will consider using domestic parts instead.

Should pay attention to in the process of disassembly and installation, disassembly process of eccentric block internal 1.9L filling silicone oil, eccentric block and tightly matched with the vibrating shaft, the disassembly process is best not to be eccentric open, because open after silicone oil leak, and the best overall remove eccentric block. And because of its oil, not heating, with the impact force is not easy to take down, it is best to press the press down and make good marks. In the process of installation, the eccentric block can be pressed on the exciting shaft by the press, and the direction of installation must be paid attention to.
