Elimination method:

After replacing parts, according to the limit pressure standard value, under the normal working temperature, the limit pressure of each action will be adjusted to the standard value.
Maintenance:
(1) check the hydraulic oil level before starting the machine; if the machine stops working more than 10h, the water at the bottom of the hydraulic tank should be released. (2) after starting the machine, do not immediately work heavy load, preheat first. (3) in the machine working process, should pay attention to the instrument display is correct or not, there is no bright alarm lamp or a working device work there is no exception, if some measures should be taken immediately, never let the machine take "sick". (4) do not stop immediately after the completion of the work, idle running for a few minutes. At this point, look around the machine to see if there is an oil leak. (5) each work 250h, should check the hydraulic system each pipe joint tightness. (6) hydraulic oil and filter element should be replaced every 2000h. (7) the use of hydraulic oil must meet the requirements specified by the manufacturer.
