VOGELE Paver Screed material introduced before       

The screed head should be distributed uniformly in the paving width range, strongly recommended to install the chatting baffle plate and the protective plate.

The paving material has not been fully distributed to the left and right sides,

Cause stacking in the center of the ironing board:

1, should reduce the paving speed / increase of spiral feeder speed

2. Check and adjust the location of screw divider

3. Adjust the height of the screw divider

Scraper feeder conveyor not enough paving material:

1. Increase the speed of scraper conveyor

2, reduce paving speed

3. Install the material baffle for the screw feeder

4. Check and adjust the location of screw divider

5. Adjust the height of the screw divider.
