Why automatic separation of clutch for TY-120 bulldozer?
Fault phenomenon:
A Shanghai TY-120 bulldozers after overhaul, as long as the dozer blade slightly forward when everything into the soil or the resistance slightly larger, the main clutch is automatically separated, seriously affected the normal operation, after repeated inspection and debugging, fault have not been eliminated.
Troubleshooting:
The TY-120 bulldozer uses a lever operated, single disk, normally separated clutch that engages the clutch only when the machine is running or operating, transmitting power. Clutch replacement parts in the overhaul, the new parts of the specifications, quality and so on, no problems were found. The clutch torque was re checked and adjusted to make it 176N.m, which is in line with the standard of the model (150~200N.m), but the test is still the same as the fault. From the analysis of working principle of clutch, clutch engagement, release drives the release sleeve axially forward (engine), the release set by the 3 convex arms, adjust the ring on the 3 convex arms and ear spring and a pressure arm composed of a lever locking mechanism, only when the ear spring end over the vertical position of "dead", to be "locked after the clutch engagement". But check again found that the total clearance of about 3mm with a set of clutch and adjusting ring in the pine, that release did not set forward in place, not over the "dead" ear spring, after a clutch engagement into the working state, the clutch friction plate between the counterforce lever is automatically separated, thus the machine is not working properly.
When the clutch is disassembled, it is found that the rear sleeve of the adjusting ring is provided with a limiting sleeve with a flange, and when the utility model is installed, the case is reversed. Normal installation, should be set toward the short sleeve flange side reversed, flange just in release sleeve and adjusting ring between impact displacement release sleeve engages the clutch, the clutch is engaged, and the joint torque is also normal, but not the "clutch locking engagement after the machine; when encountered resistance, the clutch is automatically separated, thus can not work normally. After the limit sleeve is reinstalled, the malfunction is eliminated naturally.
