Why repair the excavator's fuse?

Today, the construction machinery house Xiaobian to introduce the excavator repair fuse method.

First, switch the key switch to the position of ON. When the key switch goes to ON, the battery relay is excited by the current of the key switch terminal M, and the power supply is supplied to all circuits except the preheating plug relay.

Next, open the fuse box lid and adjust the tester voltage to the line range to be measured (measurement range: 0~30, V).

Finally, the tester probe is grounded to the frame, and the terminal located away from the center of the fuse box is in contact with the tester probe positive electrode. If the fuse is normally connected without damage, the tester will indicate 20 ~ 25 V (battery voltage).

Special note: all terminals along the longitudinal center line of the fuse box are connected to the power supply when the terminals far from the fuse box center are connected to the load (accessories). Therefore, all fuses shall be tested in the same manner, except for preheating plugs, relay loops, fuses.
