Working principle of submerged pump
On the hydraulic pump, you must have been very familiar with, but on the liquid pump, because of the limitations of the use of the field, so compared to the degree of familiarity is not as good as the hydraulic pump. Today, Xiao Bian will come with you to popularize the relevant knowledge.
What is a submerged pump?
The working principle of the submerged pump is similar to that of the hydraulic pump. The working part of the submerged pump is submerged in the liquid, and the shaft seal has no leakage phenomenon. It has the advantages of small footprint, reliable use, convenient maintenance, strong corrosion resistance and so on. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, petroleum and other industrial sectors.
Vertical motor pump liquid to the fastening bolt and the motor base, through elastic coupling with pump direct drive, pump body, pump bracket, intermediate pipe, a liquid outlet pipe, pipe flanges, bolts to form one fixed on the bottom plate and the pump body installed in the container through the floor.
The axial force and radial force of the pump, including the water pressure generated in the operation of the pump, the impeller and rotor weight, etc., are all composed of one-way thrust ball bearings installed in the bearing box and single row radial ball bearings, and the sliding guide shaft is taken to ensure the safe and normal operation of the pump. The bearing is lubricated by grease, and the guide bearing is lubricated with the liquid delivered.
Therefore, the liquid level must be higher than the impeller centerline when working. When the length of the container is L, it is divided into the structure of intermediate guide bearing and the structure without intermediate guide bearing
