Constructing the national standard system
Through the implementation and promotion of this project, XCMG successfully constructed the national standard system of Trenchless Directional drilling. The mandatory national standard GB 20904 "safety requirements" of horizontal directional drilling rig, safety requirements, design of horizontal directional drilling rig manufacture, operation and maintenance of the system; JB/T 10548 "horizontal directional drilling" industry standards, promote Trenchless Directional Drilling Industry progress; participate in the Chinese Construction Association standard CECS382-2014 level "directional drilling method for pipeline crossing" technical specification for project preparation, unified design, horizontal directional drilling through the construction and acceptance standard.
Breakthrough key technology research
Xugong project carried out large-scale intelligent Trenchless Directional Drill Technology and test research of manufacturing technology, developed the first domestic assembly line, with an annual output of 1200 sets of Trenchless Directional Drilling production capacity; innovation and development of the large-scale intelligent Trenchless Directional Drill key technology research, completed the directional drilling intelligent control, safety protection, energy saving, guide study on trajectory optimization and correction technology, leading the development direction of large Trenchless Directional Drilling; fill the gaps in the major national construction projects in the construction of domestic drilling rig, without dependence on imports of horizontal directional drilling rig.
