After the meeting, Zhuhai HUAFA Group Co. Ltd. and ZOOMLION Limited by Share Ltd held a strategic cooperation framework agreement signing ceremony in Zhuhai International Conference center. According to the agreement, the two sides will be mutual recognition of each other as an important strategic partner, and give full play to their respective advantages, put together with the production of high-end ZOOMLION HUAFA group financial leasing services, business services, working together to achieve the coordinated development of industry and innovation.
As the first step of the cooperation, the two sides will jointly initiate the establishment of a leasing company for construction machinery and equipment, which is based on Zhuhai. It will radiate the whole country, and the investment for the first phase of the cooperative project is no less than 1 billion yuan.
