Do further examination, driven sprocket has serious wear, the tooth chain in the same direction of rotation and tilt, a nose shaped. Obviously, this is the reason for the chain stagnation.

Analysis of the wear of the reason is: the machine has more than 6000h; the driven sprocket chain in the bottom of the box, the bottom of dust particle deposition caused wear particle chain box and outside into the box in the chain box, these particles and oil mixture, surrounded by a wheel wear.

The emergency repair method we take is that the first sprocket wear parts by welding welding, and then wrapped around the chain sprocket after welding, and find out the chain with a chain of each tooth is not good, then hand wheel on the grinding, until the chain sprocket can live in spirit turn now. Finally, the chain teeth are worn and repaired with fine sand paper. The test indicates that the fault has been eliminated until the end of the construction of the project more than 40 days later, and it can still be used normally.
