(1) pines the crawler:

1. To release the crawler, the long sleeve wrench is slowly rotating the valve (1) in accordance with the counter clockwise direction, and the grease will be discharged from the grease outlet.

2, turn the valve (1) one to one and a half ring, to relax the track.

3, if the grease can not be discharged smoothly, the crawler can be removed from the ground and the crawler is rotated slowly.

4. After obtaining the appropriate crawler tightness, the valve (1) is tightened in clockwise direction to 147 cattle x m (15kgf x m).

Note: do not quickly or too much loosening valve, otherwise, the lubricating grease in the hydraulic cylinder will be sprayed out. The valve (1) should be loosened carefully, and the body or face should not be faced to the valve (1). The grease mouth (2) must not be loosened.

If a sprocket and a crawler is mixed with gravel or soil, remove them before the track is loosely adjusted.

(2) tighten the crawler:

In order to tighten the track, the grease gun can be attached to the lubricating nozzle (2), and the grease is added. It is known that the tightness of the crawler reaches the standard.

If the counter clockwise turn valve (1) after the track still tight, or to grease nozzle (2) adding lubricating oil after the track still loose, belong to normal phenomenon. At this point, do not try to remove the crawler or track regulator, because the high pressure grease in the track adjuster will bring danger. It is necessary to contact the local distributor immediately and provide after-sales support.
