How to use the 31 paver correctly
Paver is a large pavement equipment, so purchase and use should be careful. Before using it, we must thoroughly understand the product, carefully read the precautions in the instructions, and achieve success in the chest, so that we can work efficiently.
1. Matters needing attention in transportation and loading and unloading:
1, the console and the control boxes should be fixed in the special toolbox of the paver. After loading the whole machine, the full strength strapping tool (pay attention to the protection of paint) should be fixed and firmly transported.
2. The paver is a super wide machine, and there should be a marked warning sign in transportation.
3. If the main engine is ironed, the iron plate must be placed on the transport equipment, the main oil cylinder is relaxed and the ironing plate must be fixed.
4, in the case of emergency, it is not allowed to move the paver with the method of traction.
Two. Safety precautions in use:
1, it is forbidden to wash the generator, start the motor, electric control box and all the electrical components in the control platform.
2, non electric operators shall not repair and adjust the electrical components (except fuse) in the electronic control box.
3, attention should be paid to using the same type fuse when replacing the fuse. It can't be changed at will, and it will burn if it changes. It indicates that there is a problem in the circuit. Please remove the fault first and then replace the fuse.
4, when the smoke, smell the smell, out of control and other abnormal fault, should immediately cut off the power supply, and timely electrical and company maintenance personnel contact, such as a fire, please immediately use the fire extinguisher.
5, prohibit the tensile strength, stamping, extrusion or wire tapping, in machine maintenance, disassembly the harness should be marked, and sealed with plastic tape connector, connector shall be placed in oil or dirt; maintenance is completed, the wire harness and connector should be loaded back to the original location, and check the connector whether the correct connection (wire connector number on both sides of the connection must be consistent and insert in place).
6. The main power supply must be cut off when the machine is overhauled, especially when the electric welding operation is needed, and the ignition key switch is pulled out.
Three. Precautions before work
1, when the engine speed is not up to 1600rpm, the operation of all kinds of action is invalid.
2. When starting the engine, the walking lever must be placed in the middle.
3. After starting the diesel engine, the battery charging indicator and the diesel engine oil pressure alarm lamp (green) are extinguished. If the diesel engine oil pressure alarm lamp is still bright, it indicates that the diesel engine lubrication system has trouble. The diesel engine should be stopped immediately and the failure should be eliminated. If the battery charging indicator lights up, it can slightly increase the engine speed until the indicator is extinguished. If the light is still bright, stop and troubleshoot.
4, the alarm lights signal, must carefully check the reasons, troubleshooting, and timely report, record, otherwise the machine can not move.
5. When refuel to the hydraulic tank, the filter must be used with filter precision of 10 m. It is strictly forbidden to refuel directly to the hydraulic tank. The direct refueling will affect the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and reduce the service life of the machine.
6, when lifting the flat plate, the flat oil cylinder must be raised to the middle or above, otherwise, it is possible to damage the machine.
7. When installing the screw separating device, please insert the foot grid into the hole on the baffle and cover the channel of the split rod.
8, in the process of handling the leveling instrument to prevent knock, gently, and pay attention to the ultrasonic probe on don't be stained with oil and keep clean the surface of the probe.
Four. Matters of attention at work
1, when paver works, no matter what material and width the paving is, the throttle must be opened to the maximum position, that is, rated speed. Otherwise, the paver will not work normally.
2. During the process of pending, the time of the engine idling can not be too long (the longest not more than 5 minutes), otherwise the engine will be damaged.
3. Always check whether the engine oil pressure and working temperature are normal. If there are abnormal conditions, the failure should be checked out.
4, pay attention to the hydraulic tank thermometer, the temperature indicator should not be higher than 80 degrees, otherwise the reason should be stopped.
5, pay attention to the loose or abnormal sound of the spare parts of the paver. Check if there is a stop.
6, pay attention to the smell of the generator or other electrical components of the paver without overheating and burning. Check if there is a stop.
7, pay attention to the leakage of the system, and the shutdown should be checked out.
