It is suspected that the high-pressure oil pump does not supply oil. After removing the high-pressure oil pipe, it is found that the 6 outlets have no oil spillage. Then the high-pressure oil pump is removed for professional treatment.
The inspection found that the high pressure oil pump, 6 piston pump all the death card can not pump oil, remove the piston check, found that 6 were dead and can pull the plunger, and can not be repaired.
Therefore, the replacement of 6 plunger and oil outlet valve, according to the requirements of the commissioning of the oil pump, but the machine is still unable to start. At this point, you can feel the pressure of the high pressure oil pipe, which proves that the high pressure oil pump is normal. In combination with the phenomenon of the death of the plunger, it is doubted that the injector pin valve pairs (injector) may have the same problem.
After that, a fuel injector is removed to connect it to the high pressure oil pipe, and the diesel engine is dragged by starter. The fuel injector is spout without dropping oil. It indicates that there is a problem in the injector coupling. The demolition of 6 injector professional testing, results showed that all injection only drops (leakage) oil, that needle valve injector is stuck phenomenon. When all the injectors were dismantled, all the needle valves and needle valve bodies were stuck, and they could not be pulled out by hand. After the use of the tool to pull out the needle valve check, all the needle valves have different degrees of pull.
Troubleshooting: replacement of 6 injector pin valve pairs (injection nozzle), commissioning qualified post installation, the diesel engine is starting successfully and running normally.
Fault analysis: the diesel generator set is a new machine. Why do you have a second fault? After inquiring the related personnel and analyzing the failure phenomenon, it is believed that although the unit is a new machine, it has been stored for one year in the warehouse. The problem should be that there is no antirust sealing treatment or use of clean diesel oil when the machine is out of the factory, which leads to the death of the precision even parts of the oil supply system.
This failure indicates that for a long term parked diesel engine, rust prevention treatment and use of special antirust fuel to run diesel engines must be carried out before the shutdown.
