Structural features:
The structure of the solenoid valve is mainly composed of the guide valve and the main valve, and the main valve adopts the rubber seal structure. In regular position, the active iron core is sealed with the guide valve mouth, the pressure of the valve cavity is balanced and the main valve mouth is closed. When the solenoid valve coil is energized, it generates electromagnetic force to suck up the moving iron core, and the outlet of the main valve chamber's self guided valve outlet causes the pressure difference. The diaphragm or valve cup is lifted up quickly, and the main valve port is opened, and the valve is a path. When the solenoid valve coil is cut off, the magnetic field is disappearing, the active iron core is reset, the closed guide valve port is closed, the valve and the main valve chamber pressure balance, the valve is closed again.
There are many kinds of electromagnetic valve coil with control gas liquid (such as oil, water, gas) is the most solenoid valve in the valve line trap, easily removed, the valve core is made of magnetic material, magnetic force generated by the coil it energized when the suction valve spool valve opening or push by off. It is used to control the opening and closing of the pipeline.
The magnetic flux of the solenoid valve is related to the wire diameter and turn number of the coil and the magnetic field of the magnetic steel, that is, magnetic flux. The DC electromagnetic coil can be removed from the core. If AC is not allowed, the AC coil pulls off the core, which will cause the coil current to surge and burn the coil. There is a short circuit ring inside the core of the AC coil to reduce the vibration, and there is no need for a short circuit ring inside the core of the DC coil.
Working principle:
The solenoid valve coil is generated by Faraday's law. After the power is generated, the magnetic force line is generated. Then the magnetic force line will make the two metals attract each other, resulting in action.
Cause of burning loss:
1, the quality of the coil
2, turn off overpressure and breakdown
3. High voltage resistance of power supply
4, repeated impact, frequent overflow or overheating
5. The installation is unstable and the mechanical vibration is too large to cause the short circuit of the coil wear broken line.
Emergency treatment:
The coil of the solenoid valve is burnt out, the wiring of the solenoid valve can be dismantled, and the solenoid valve coil is burned if the road is open. The reason is that the coil is dampened, causing poor insulation and magnetic leakage, resulting in excessive current in the coil, so that rain should be prevented from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, the spring is strong, the reaction force is too large, the number of coil turns is too few, the suction force is not enough and the coil can be burned down. In emergency processing, the manual button on the coil can be hit from the "0" position of the normal working time to the "1" position, so that the valve is opened.
