31 2015 profit distribution: $0.1 per 10 shares    

In August 17th, Sany announced the 2015 annual profit distribution plan, the company will take equity registration date (August 23, 2016) a total capital of 7610857310 shares as the base, to all shareholders for every ten shares were distributed 0.1 yuan (including tax), total cash dividend of 76108573.1 yuan, the remaining undistributed profit next year.

It is understood that since its listing in 2003, Sany has been a benchmark for A share listed companies to carry out cash dividends. It has paid dividends 13 times, and has accumulated more than 7 billion cash dividends.
