BAUMA 2016 is a rare opportunity for the machinery industry. It is learnt that Caterpillar and its German agent Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH will display a series of technologies, services and equipment on the theme of "cast for you" on the 2016 German International Construction Machinery Exhibition (Bauma 2016).
The exhibition covers an area of more than 8200 square meters, showing safety, productivity and equipment management solutions, and exhibiting more than 60 Cat products, many tooling machines and agents provided by a full range of support services, all of which create a good display atmosphere.
Cat 360 degree Advantage, as a joint commitment of Caterpillar and Cat agents, will provide a full range of professional knowledge, technology based devices and support services, so as to solve the problems faced by customers at the job site.
Leverage Every Litre (make full use of every liter of oil), an educational program containing tools, tips and resources, is designed to help Cat customers get more profits from fuel oil per litre. Product support services to protect the investment of the customer's equipment and maximize its value.

Cat Connect Technology: basic hardware or software technology for Cat or competitive equipment that can perform various tasks and provide information that can improve the operation of the customer. The technology can be installed in a factory or by an agent. Including the concrete construction technology of display: LINK, key operation status and performance data can be collected through the network machine, and provide relevant personnel to guide the decision; GRADE and COMPACT, the two productivity solution allows the operator to go faster and more accurate and less number of mobile material; PAYLOAD, a truck and loading tool vehicle system, the cost per ton of efficiency, shorter helps to achieve higher and lower cycle.
Dozens of machines for construction, mining, industry, garbage disposal and forestry applications will be exhibited. They are equipped with Cat technology that can comprehensively improve safety and efficiency and ensure customer success. Among them, the characteristic machines include:
336F LN XE and 352F L XE excavator, using unique intelligent hydraulic system, can greatly improve fuel efficiency, and equipped with standard Cat GRADE and PAYLOAD technology that can increase efficiency and reduce cost.
The new 323F excavator is equipped with a standard Cat GRADE with the function of Assist to save time, reduce cost and save fuel. The new Assist function can automatically control the movement of the arm and the bucket, which not only reduces the input of the operator, but also improves the working speed and quality.
340F long distance excavator, the use of high efficiency hydraulic system to improve the ability to excavate and lift, and the scope of work is greater. The 966M XE wheel loader, with advanced power transmission system design and deep system integration, can improve efficiency and reduce total cost.
The D6N crawler bulldozer integrates Cat GRADE with Slope Assist function, that is, the new bulldozer with Cat Connect technology, which can accomplish all kinds of bulldozing tasks efficiently and economically, from the first excavation to the final soil dressing.
The 299D2 XHP multi terrain loader is now equipped with a steel crawler with a wider range of applications. The 918M compact wheel loader is in line with the EU Stage IV/ EPA Tier 4 Final emission standard, and equipped with a high flow auxiliary loop to operate new tooling tools for garbage disposal, snow removal and agricultural applications. TH3510D, a 3.5 ton 10 meter telescopic boom type loader, adds a new dimension to the current series.
Three new pavers AP300F, AP355F and AP555F will also take part in the exhibition. They use intuitive, convenient technology and fast heating ironing system, which can increase productivity and shorten the idle time of personnel. All of these pavers are equipped with an engine that meets the EU's Stage IV/ EPA Tier 4 Final emission standards. In addition, a new type of CD54B vibrating steel wheel compactor will be shown, which provides many technical improvements for the operator.
The mining exhibition area will show the newly launched 6015B hydraulic mining shovel. It has first-class speed and power, and has been optimized in design. It can match Cat773, 775 and 777 trucks to achieve the best full load (loading 4, 5 and 7 respectively).
The industrial engine that accords with the EU StageIV/ EPA Tier 4 Final emission standard will be exhibited in many regions. The C7.1ACERTTM engine with power up to 225bkW will be exhibited in the sixth exhibition hall, and the other Cat power system will be exhibited in the fourth exhibition hall.
Other highlights of the exhibition include tooling equipment display, the demonstration of the Cat machine functionality, Cat Financial provides flexible financing and extended security options, as well as the new information provided by Cat agent network Cat leasing solutions and Cat certification of second-hand equipment.
