Three. The inspection items before the operation shall be in accordance with the following requirements:
1. The fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and water tank are sufficient. The tire pressure is in accordance with the regulations, and the lighting and signal lights are well completed.
2. The hydraulic system works well, the pipe is not leaked, and the cleaning pump and equipment are well complete.
3. There is no sundries in the stirred bucket, and the protective grid on the hopper is perfect and strict.
4. The connection of the pipeline is strong and the seal is well sealed.
Four, before pumping, when the hydraulic oil temperature is below fifteen degrees Celsius, the method of prolonging the time of air transport should be adopted to improve the oil temperature.
Five, when pumping, we should check the operation of the pump and the mixing device, monitor the instrument and the indicator light, find out the abnormal, and stop the machine in time.
Six. The concrete face in the hopper should be kept above the center line of the mixing shaft.
Seven, during the operation, not removed hopper on the grid, and should be promptly removed unqualified aggregate or debris; in pump when the pressure gauge rose to the highest value, the sound operation of change, should immediately stop the pump, and should be excluded from the blockage by reverse operation method; no effect, should be removed tube cleaning.
Eight, after the operation, should be in the hopper of the concrete pipe and all of the output, and then the hopper, pipeline flushing; all parts of control switch, adjust the handle, hand wheel, lever, the cock shall be reset, the hydraulic system should be unloaded, and should be back legs, the car parked in the safe zone, close the doors and windows. Water should be put out in winter.
