Failure: a Liugong 509 paver in the process of the work, there is a phenomenon of insufficient pressure on the engine of the Liugong paver, what is the reason.
Further communication is known: the machine is a paver of Liugong 509, with a working hour of 4860 hours. Recently, the pressure of paver engine is insufficient.
Cause of failure:
1. The opening pressure of the possible overflow valve is too low or damaged.
2. Damage of possible seals
3. Possible mixing of air in oil cylinder and pipeline
4. It is possible that the oil is too thin and the leakage is serious
5. Serious wear and severe leakage of possible components
Troubleshooting:
1, check whether the overflow valve opening pressure is too low or damaged? Adjust the pressure of the overflow valve or replace the new valve
2. Check if the seal is damaged. replace
3, check whether there is air mixing in the oil cylinder and pipeline. Exclude air
4. Check if the oil is too thin and the leakage is serious? Replacement of oil
5. Check if the components are seriously worn and the leakage is serious? Replacement element

1, the driving handle is not in the middle
When starting, the driving handle S24 is not in the middle position (assuming the forward position), the K4 relay is in the state of electric power, its normally closed 30/87a is disconnected, the starting relay K1 coil is unable to get electricity when starting, and the engine cannot start.
2. The sudden stop switch is in a disconnected state
When starting, the emergency stop switch S47 is in the state of disconnection. The K20 relay coil is cut off, its normally open contact 30/87 is disconnected, the emergency stop indicator lights up, the K3 relay coil and the engine controller power are cut off at the same time, and the engine can't start.
3. Press the S49 switch before starting
Before starting, the S49 switch is pressed, the K21 relay coil is electrified, the normally open contact 30/87 is connected, and the S49 switch is released. Until the ignition switch is switched off, the K21 relay will open normally, and 30/87 will connect all the time. This will cause the K3 relay coil to be cut off and the engine can't start.
Three, the Great Wall Titan SP120-2 paver engine start conditions
The normal starting of the engine must have the following conditions at the same time:
(1) the driving handle S24 is located in the middle
Only in this position K4 relay coil is in the state of power failure, and the normally closed contact of K4 is connected to 30/87a.
(2) the rush button S47 is in the connection state
Only in this way the power terminal of the engine controller is in the electric state.
(3) you can't press S49 before starting
In this way, the K3 relay coil maintains the state of electricity, and its normally open contact 30/87 is connected. It starts through the starting block of the ignition switch S1, so that the K1 relay coil meets the electrical condition, and its normally open contact 30/87 is connected, and the engine starts.
