Distributor service training staff in Shi Chuan Island

During the period from July 4th to July 29th, the Xiamen manufacturing base of the IHI excavator has successfully held the training service of the dealer service staff for nearly one month. The training program has successfully promoted the technical level of the service staff.

A total of 14 staff members from Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, Henan, Jilin, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Guangzhou and Fujian were enrolled in the training. The training aims to improve the service technical level of the dealers after sale, so as to provide high efficiency and high quality service for the IHI excavator customers!

With the February 2016 IHI first 135NS line, IHI Chinese in the sale of excavator is increased to 7, models were: 18VX, 40NS, 55NSL, 68NS, 80NS, 100NS (T), 135NS, and IHI in 2016 on the 3 models, the models of learning in the factory is very rich, so the training time is tight and heavy task.

This factory in training the core content, mainly for the IHISCE service standard and specification, IHI service technology knowledge excavator two, during the training, the students enthusiasm, hungry for knowledge. After a month of efforts, the final success of the training and assessment, master the basic service skills of the IHI excavator after sale service personnel.
