Efficient Cummins emission reduction, to be the best
Cummins Euro 6 emissions postprocessing system -s.jpg Cummins emission processing system ("CES") is the integration of the world's largest provider of road and non Road commercial vehicle market engine postprocessing technique, to provide solutions for the global vehicle manufacturers, engine installation and modification of customers.
China CES plant develops and produces emission treatment system of Euro 4, Euro 5, Europe 6 and IV V and above emission standards, and develops and produces various emission solutions and system products for light, medium, heavy and large power commercial vehicle engines. The products include Cummins CES diesel oxidation catalytic converter, wall flow type and half flow particulate trap, selective catalytic reduction and emission control system.
With the full implementation of the national V emission regulations, the demand for advanced emission processing technology is becoming more and more urgent in the commercial vehicle market in China. For medium and heavy engines, selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is the main technical route to meet the emission regulations. So far, more than a million units have been sold to the global market in the Cummins SCR system. Among them, the urea injection system is a core component of the post processing system.
Therefore, with the acceleration and upgrading of the emission standards, the demand for the urea injection system in China is increasing. In 2010, Cummins has developed a reliable and excellent UA2 urea injection system, and began mass production in 2013. At the end of 2015, CES tenth tons of urea pumps were successfully exported. Through system integration advantages and forward-looking technical reserves, Cummins constantly reinterprets the meaning of "high efficiency" and continues to promote industry standards.
