Green cooperation between China and the United States: Lingang group and Caterpillar hand in hand

Recently, the eighth round of Sino US strategic and economic dialogue was held in Diaoyutai State Guest House in Beijing. The signing ceremony of Sino US Green partners and the second Sino US climate smart / low carbon City Summit were held.

Shanghai Port Port Economic Development Group signed a green cooperation partnership agreement with the US Caterpillar Inc. It has officially become one of the Sino US Green partners. The special representative of Chinese President Xi Jinping, State Councilor Yang Jiechi, and the United States President Obama, the special representative Secretary of state Kerrey, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

In the next three years, Lingang group will jointly develop remanufacturing energy conservation and emission reduction research and intelligent remanufacturing upgrading demonstration with Caterpillar Inc. It is committed to promoting further development of China's remanufacturing industry and promoting the sustainable benefits of remanufacturing.
