For the fine grained soil, the static grounding pressure should be taken for a smaller value. The bottom of the hammer should be symmetrically set up a number of vent holes which are connected to the top surface, and the aperture is 250 ~ 300mm. The value of the static ground pressure of the dynamic compaction replacement for the bottom of the hammer is 100 ~ 200kPa.
The construction machinery should adopt a crawler crane or other special equipment with automatic decoupling device. When a crawler crane is used, an auxiliary door frame can be set at the end of the arm, or other safety measures are taken to prevent the overturning of the frame when the hammer is falling.
How can the local topsoil be weak or the water level is high
High spot surface weak soil or groundwater, tamping pit water affects the construction, should adopt the loose material artificial lower underground water level or the filling of a certain thickness, the underground water level is lower than the bottom surface below 2m. The accumulation of water in the pit or site should be eliminated in time.
On the environmental protection of construction
When the vibration generated by dynamic compaction has a harmful effect on adjacent buildings or equipment, monitoring points should be set up, and vibration isolation or vibration control measures should be taken to eliminate harmful effects of dynamic compaction on adjacent buildings.
In a word, when we are ramming the construction site, we should understand the performance of the surrounding environment and equipment.
