The first PPP model project of Xinjiang highway construction is officially started
In August 26th, the Xinjiang highway construction area of the first use of government and social capital cooperation (PPP) mode of construction project -- G575 line Barkol pine Tong -- project north of the city of Hami highway construction officially started.
This project, once completed, there will be an efficient, safe, comfortable and efficient road transport channel between Hami and balikun.
Yan Xianguo, the director of Xinjiang traffic and construction administration, said the G575 line project was jointly funded by the first Highway Engineering Bureau of China Communications Construction Group as the social capital side and the transportation and Transportation Department of the transportation department.
The project is located in the Hami area of Yiwu horse farm starting point on the west side of pine Tong, connected with the S303 line, from north to south through the eastern Tianshan Mountains, S235 line and G312 line intersection end point is located in the north of the city of Hami City, connected with the S235 line, the route length of 76.495 km. The project adopts the bi-directional four lane grade one highway standard. The design speed of the mountain area is 80 km / h, the design speed of the plain area is 100 km / h and the width of the subgrade is 25.5 meters. The planned construction period is 4 years. The total investment of the project feasibility study report is about 6 billion 270 million yuan, with an average cost of 81 million 986 thousand and 100 yuan per kilometre.
It is understood that the most important roads in Hami city through the Barkol Kazak Autonomous County and Yiwu county are the existing S303 darts, but because of the road crossing the Tianshan Mountains, complex geological condition, the grade is low, have occurred in traffic accidents every year, often blocking traffic. Once the G575 line project is completed, the traffic barrier between the north and the south of the Tianshan mountain will be cleared.
