The PK decided to take the two mini excavators with the largest sales volume and a high degree of customer recognition in Japan as the PK object, and make PK with the existing SWE17B and SWE25FU with the same tonnage level and larger sales volume.

During the PK activity, the project team also visited some of the users, collecting users' opinions and suggestions for the company's products, and fully affirming the excellent quality of SUNWARD digging.

By comparison, the fuel consumption per earthwork of SWE17B is 6.3% lower than that of the opponent, and the amount of earthwork is 67.7% more than that of the opponent. SWE25FU consumption per earthwork is 23.9% lower than that of the opponent, and the amount of earthwork is 19.5% higher than that of the opponent. Excavator micro motion, controllability, vibration, noise and other performance indicators are similar to the mobile phone type, all of them reach the international standard of mining machinery. They also find their own products gaps in product structure layout, production and design refinement and maintenance.
