The technical innovation team of the Ministry of processing has successfully transformed the unit from cylinder type to electromagnetic type through multiple search of data, independent research and many experiments. Through continuous testing and improvement, design of electromagnetic sucker lightweight, low energy consumption, large suction, to replace the original cylinder clamping structure; design of lifting mechanism and clever retreat mechanism; to reduce the circle in the process of oblique drag, reduce the cylinder rod force, positioning and design the guide mechanism and reliable; combined with the operating characteristics of equipment designed by PLC control and electric control system and circular machine operating linkage, automatic pickup.
The picking mechanism is completely developed and designed by the processing department. It belongs to the original and independent research and development of the wheel industry. Compared with the previous picking mechanism, the picking mechanism is more compact, energy saving, reliable and durable. After the transformation, the four circle machines of the processing department not only reduced the shutdown due to the failure of the location, but also saved energy consumption and accessories cost more than 3 yuan per year.
