The two systems of four traffic in Fujian will be initially formed in 2018     

Recently, the Fujian provincial government issued "to promote the supply side structural reform plan (2016 to 2018)" proposed, will focus on the transportation infrastructure padded short board, to ensure that by 2018 the development of integrated transportation more balanced, "four traffic" and "two systems" initial formation.

According to the "plan", Fujian will speed up the planning and construction of Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou 3 national integrated transport hub, improve the "six vertical and three horizontal" railway network and the highway network, optimize the integration of port resources, focus on promoting the core port overall contiguous development and supporting the Deepwater Channel construction, optimization and adjustment of "harmony, heavenly stems and Earthly Branches of military and civilian integration airport layout and improve the province's general aviation service network.

At the same time, Fujian will accelerate the construction of urban roads, parking facilities and public transport system. We should focus on improving the main and secondary road network, strengthen the link between urban loop and central urban road network, expand a number of old urban branches and lanes, and improve the city's capillary. A special plan for the construction of urban public parking facilities is made to rationally improve the construction standards of parking facilities for all kinds of buildings and increase public parking facilities. We should promote the construction of "bus city", improve the connection and transfer between railway stations, airports, parks, scenic spots and other public transport; promote the use of new energy buses; establish and improve the cost evaluation and subsidy compensation system of urban public transport enterprises.
