ZOOMLION's successful bid of Hunan rural Chinese county garbage PPP integration project

Recently, the Hunan provincial government procurement network announced the Chinese rural county of Hunan province living garbage integrated PPP project bidding results -- ZOOMLION became the first successful candidate project, will assume the operation for the Chinese county PPP project. The announcement shows that the project operating life is 29 years, the total amount of service fee is 359 million yuan.

It is reported that China's rural life garbage integrated PPP project for the construction of rural living garbage in the township charge transport system, also includes 12 towns within the jurisdiction of the garbage collection and transportation, environmental health services management, supporting and maintenance work in sanitation equipment investment.

As a national key ecological functional area, the county of China has an urgent need for building a sound environmental protection and management system. China's rural waste treatment has a relatively inadequate infrastructure investment and construction, which has affected the quality and efficiency of urban and rural environmental sanitation in the county. "Therefore, we want to find a professional enterprise to manage the environmental problems in our county, not only to achieve the social livelihood effect, but also to solve the current financial difficulties." China county leaders said.

In order to solve this problem, in January this year, the county signed with ZOOMLION county environmental governance strategic cooperation framework agreement, the two sides decided to adopt the PPP mode of cooperation to promote the construction of county waste collection and transportation system. Lasted for 8 months, after the project estimates, repeated consultations, the final formation of the program, and officially landed in the near future.

ZOOMLION environmental industry relevant responsible person said, the next step, ZOOMLION will accelerate the progress to complete the county garbage compression station layout, equipped with advanced transport garbage disposal equipment, building operation management system leading to the formation of the county, improve the collection of transport system in the field of garbage.

It is understood that the Chinese rural garbage PPP integration project is the integration of urban and rural sanitation following the Shimenn County PPP project after landing the whole county environmental governance project, the province is also the second national key ecological function districts of waste collection and transportation system of PPP projects. In May this year, ZOOMLION Shimenn County sanitation integrated PPP project signing ceremony and the ceremony was held in Changde City, Hunan Province, Shimenn County Province, has become the first key functional district waste collection and transportation system of PPP projects.
