ZOOMLION new technical standards fill the domestic gap

It is reported that the calculation principle and stability of the construction machinery and equipment concrete pumping rod used by ZOOMLION will be released officially in May of this year.

The release of the standard has made up for the vacancy of relevant national standards with the strength of its product structure and the calculation and verification of stability. It is reported that, according to the national standard requirements, ZOOMLION was founded in 2011, the special working group drafting standards. With ZOOMLION for many years of experience as a reference to excellence in product development, effective research results as the basis, widely refer to dozens of domestic and foreign related standards, uphold the "ultimate artisan" spirit of excellence, not afraid of red, repeated demonstration, several drafts, which lasted for nearly five years of hard work.

Before the issuance of this standard, the calculation principle and stability of the domestic concrete pump's distributor rod were generally followed the design of QC/T 718-2004 concrete pump truck and reference GB/T 3811, crane design specification.

These standards only provide for the calculation and test load of the whole machine, but there are no corresponding provisions in the structural strength, stability and checking of such products in the design process. There are still some errors and contradictions. Therefore, it is urgent to further improve and standardize the calculation and stability principles of the domestic cloth rod by formulating relevant national standards.

It is compatible with new technology, new process and new material, and is suitable for new technical situation. It lays down the calculation and stability principle of concrete pump rod, and is suitable for fixing.
