Caterpillar became the first winner of 2016 ANNY Award for excellence analysis
Recently, at the 2016 Analysis Seminar held in Boston, Caterpillar Inc won the first prize of excellence analysis "ANNY" by virtue of its supply support center project. The ANNY awards are intended to endorse the efforts of organizations to use data analysis to improve business outcomes at the project or organizational level.
The ANNY award was selected by International Institute for Analytics, the world's leading research and consulting firm, which focused on guiding clients to make full use of the power of analysis. The Institute believes that the project submitted by Caterpillar "exceeded the expectations of the assessment, and firmly demonstrated the commitment of the enterprise to promote the analytical ability.". "
Caterpillar Inc supply protection manager and project sponsor Tori Rollings said, "the supply network performance from 2012 to today has made tremendous improvements, so Caterpillar supply assurance center and the team developed data analysis ability has been recognized. The ANNY awards are an important recognition of the whole team, and we recognize the outstanding performance of the whole company in promoting this large business analysis and trying to solve and manage supply network performance related business issues."
