Daming CemTek signed with the United States 800 tons of iron and steel parts processing orders 

Recently, the Daming import and Export Corporation for their cooperation with the United States, Jiangsu Daming CemTek signed a 800 tons of iron and steel parts processing business orders, with Egypt for new energy projects.

The order processing part is mainly used for the power supply facilities of a solar project in Egypt. Its requirements for welding quality are high. The guide book for operation standard is based on the United States welding standard (AWS) and its welding procedure qualification record (PQR). Under the guidance of the Korean welding expert, the 3 kinds of welding wire used in the Daming sheet metal were welded on the corresponding base materials respectively, and all of them were tested. The order of the five series of processing parts involving 409L, 304H, Q235-B three materials, each series is to be processed 24 sets. The order has been put into production in mid June. The processing technology of the first batch includes Kaiping, laser cutting, bending, welding and flaw detection. It is estimated that the whole project will be completed in March 2017.

Through this order, we have demonstrated the comprehensive ability of Daming in metal processing technology, process and logistics system, and will further enhance the influence of Daming's supporting large-scale projects.
