Demand for talents in Shenyang: high demand for construction machinery professionals       

In August 14th this year, Shenyang released the first half of 2014, senior talent demand survey report. Among them, the construction machinery professional demand in Shenyang accounted for 28% of the total demand. The city's total of 415 home units participated in the survey, including central enterprises, provincial, municipal and district enterprises, private enterprises, foreign companies and joint venture enterprises and research institutes, covering electronic information, automobile manufacturing, machinery and equipment, bio pharmaceutical, real estate, food and beverage, new energy and new materials, Finance and insurance, education scientific research, infrastructure construction and other industries.

According to the survey data the results conclude that the high demand of talents in Shenyang shows the "three majority", namely private enterprises, state-owned enterprises; new industries and traditional industries; central, provincial enterprises, municipal, county enterprises less. Those who want to find a career outlet should be concerned about it. On the other hand, the professional structure of talents is not reasonable, high-tech research and development talents are in short supply, and the talents in the construction machinery, information industry, biological medicine and other fields are relatively insufficient. Therefore, the government should pay attention to it and hope to adjust the defects in time.
