One should be careful not to work in excess of the maximum load that the machine can bear, and to use machinery in the best possible circumstances. As a manager of construction machinery, when specifying the operator, we should hand over the engineering machinery random data and operation manuals to the operator so that they can grasp the mechanical performance and operation rules, and not be able to deduct the relevant data at will. Due to the precision of all parts in construction machinery, good lubrication can keep normal working gap and suitable working temperature, so as to reduce the wear degree of parts and reduce mechanical failure. Normal and reasonable lubrication is one of the effective measures to reduce mechanical failure. For this reason, the first thing is to choose lubricants rationally, and use neither low-grade lubricants nor other kinds of lubricants to make use of them, nor use inferior products. Four. Timely maintenance and maintenance

All kinds of faults will inevitably occur during the use of engineering machinery.
