We should thoroughly implement the green development concept and "made in China 2025", focus on high-end remanufacturing, intelligent remanufacturing and in service remanufacturing, and promote remanufacturing as an important starting point for the green development of the internal combustion engine industry.

We will continue to implement the "propulsion plan for remanufacturing of internal combustion engines". Based on the overall deployment of the pilot and demonstration work of Electromechanical Products Remanufacturing, we will comprehensively promote key technologies such as technology and equipment upgrading.

We should work together to explore the relevant operation mechanism and management mode, further open up the channel of remanufacturing industry, University and research, establish and perfect the remanufacturing standard system and management system, and promote the healthy and orderly development of remanufacturing industry.
