New accessories of Xugong: successful trial production of CES rotary buffering valve  

Recently, the CES product research and development project of Xugong has made a great breakthrough. As the key object of research and development, the prototype of the electronic control rotary buffering valve is successful.

The product is made by Xugong hydraulic company, the European Research Center, Xugong Xugong Institute and Xuzhou Heavy combined with CES project team composed of four, with hydraulic company in all aspects of design, manufacturing process, etc. the test closely coupled with Europe research center experts and technical support to the Institute of Xugong, completed 5 sets of valve 2 sets of processing and assembly and the 1 assembly test only in just 8 days, has achieved fruitful results.

Rotary buffer valve, as the key hydraulic control element in the turntable mechanism of a crane, plays a key role in rotary buffering during the actual operation of the main engine. It is understood that in the process of product development, the German colleagues from the European research center not only communicated advanced processing technology and experience through the form of PPT and other documents, but also demonstrated on-site tools such as face milling and vertical milling cutters. Through the continuous debugging of the Chinese and foreign colleagues for a week, the problem of trial production of machining, cutting, honing, testing, honing, assembling and testing was successfully solved successfully, and the prototype of electronic controlled rotary buffer valve was successfully completed. The successful trial production of the product prototype not only effectively boosted the landing of CES product series, but also indicated that Xugong's multi party collaborative R & D mode is moving towards maturity stage.
