In order to introduce the domestic well-known agricultural production enterprises to invest in the development of Shaanxi, July 2015, October, the provincial agricultural bureau Party Secretary and Secretary He Cungui led to Shandong Chang Linzhu machinery group was investigated, and the local company to negotiate promotion, related enterprises and Chang Linzhu group for cooperation talks. Xianyang and Weinan agricultural machinery departments have been led by the leadership of the municipal government to Shandong Chang Linzhu group for investigation and negotiation. The provincial agricultural machinery bureau also invited Zhang Yihua, chairman of Shandong Chang Linzhu machinery group, to Weinan and Xianyang in the field. At present, Shandong Chang Linzhu Machinery Group has established two production bases in Xianyang and Weinan to produce 14 varieties of agricultural machinery. We plan to invest more than 200 million yuan in Xianyang to produce power machinery and tillage machinery. At present, we have completed the work of enterprise registration and trademark registration, and plan to achieve mass production in 2016. The intention of investment cooperation with Weinan Wei Heng company is being further implemented.

I believe that the entry of these excellent agricultural machinery enterprises will open up a new way for the development of Shaanxi's agricultural machinery industry.
