Generally, after the pump is not released, the service life of the pump is not satisfied. According to the normal service condition, the components in the pump will not be damaged, so it can be judged that the noise is caused by the air entering the pump.

Then troubleshooting.

First, exhaust the main hydraulic pump. If the fault still exists during the trial run, the main hydraulic pump can be disassembled. If the slipper and plunger are separated, the main hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil and filter element can be replaced, and the hydraulic system can be cleaned. Try again, we can see that the towing pump has returned to normal. After analysis, we can know that the slipper and plunger of the main pump of the towing pump have been damaged too early. The main reason is the serious pollution of hydraulic oil.
