At the symposium, Tang Shaowu, a member of the provincial agricultural machinery bureau and chief engineer of Hunan Agricultural University, and experts and scholars from the doctoral group of Hunan Agricultural University think that the technology is mature and effective, which fills the technical gap of rice mechanical transplanting.
