The first large diameter subway shield machine in Shandong province opens the No.1 lower line

In the morning of May 17th, in the Ji'nan heavy industry workshop of the eastern suburb of Ji'nan, the first large diameter shield machine in Shandong Province opened up one, and it finally came out smoothly in public expectation.

It is reported that the diameter of the shield machine built for Ji'nan rail transit is 6.68 meters, with a total length of 85 meters, a total weight of 515 tons, a month excavation of about 200 meters, and a price of about 50 million yuan. In June, it will drill into the underground to build the Ji'nan subway.

This steel dragon consists of over 10 parts, such as cutter head, shield body, main drive, segment erector, screw machine, belt conveyor and so on. It has huge volume and heavy weight, and technology intensive high-end. According to the complex characteristics of alternating distribution of soft soil, sandy cobble and limestone in Ji'nan stratum, we develop the first cutter shield cutter with 41 blade high strength material hob and tearing knife and scraper. The three kinds of blades have different height differences and division of labor.

The hob is responsible for the sand gravel, tearing the knife blade is divided into small pieces, the gravel and mud scraping down. The cutter weighs 65 tons by 8 welders spent 40 days out of welding.

In June, the opening of the No.1 shield machine will be completed in the construction section of the Wangfu Zhuang station of the R1 line of Ji'nan. According to the editors of China Construction machinery business network, Wangfu Zhuang station, Da Yang Zhuang station, Ji'nan west station and Yan Ma Zhuang West Station on the R1 line are underground construction, which is 9.7 kilometers long, and is equipped with 6 shield machines for excavation.

At that time, the No.1 shield machine will be connected to the 100 thousand volt voltage, and the transformer will be converted to 400 volt voltage to start operation. The machine is designed with power 1800KW, driving power 945KW, and the power consumption per hour is more than 900 degrees. In the face of rock, the shield machine can turn 3.5 turns per minute and advance 7 millimeters, and the soft soil turns 1 turns per minute, advancing 40 millimeter to 80 millimeter.

It is expected that in the geological structure of Ji'nan, the shield machine can advance about 200 meters a month, and 2 kilometers of sand and stone need to change a hob.

In the construction of rail transit, the large diameter shield machine is used in Ji'nan, which provides sufficient space for the extension of the tunnel.

The diameter of the shield machine is 6.68 meters, the diameter of the tunnel is 5.8 meters, and the two sides are reserved for 10 centimeters, and the service life can be strengthened directly on the pipe. As a result, the tunnel is designed for 100 years, but it needs to be strengthened and repaired in the later period.

It is learnt that because the key parts of the device, such as main bearings, motors, hydraulic motors and so on, are introduced from abroad and have a life expectancy. Ji'nan heavy industries are also studying the remanufacturing of shield machines. Ji'nan heavy industry relevant responsible person said, according to the plan, in addition to "open up one", at the end of May and a shield machine will be offline, 6-8 months and 4 referrals.
