The nine floor platform begins with the base of the base: let the foundation promote the sustainable development of intelligent manufacturing
Industry 4 is a hot topic of continuous concern in the global industry in recent years. In order to seize the strategic commanding height of the manufacturing industry under the new situation, China has released "made in China 2025" and takes intelligent manufacturing as the main direction. Ouyang Jinsong, director of the Institute of integrated technology and economics of machinery industry, has conducted in-depth discussions on the related situations of German industrial 4 and intelligent manufacturing in China.
Industry 4 is the two "realization" parallel
Q: Germany issued the second version of the German industrial 4 standardization road map at the end of 2015, and proposed the industrial 4 reference framework model (RAMI4.0). How do you understand industry 4? What do you think is the core of industrial 4?
Ouyang Jinsong: Germany put forward and promote the industrial 4, hope that through the integration of resources, regional factors, through the barriers between industries and enterprises, the information and communication technology application to the traditional manufacturing industry, in order to maintain the leading position in the global manufacturing industry in Germany in the future. At the same time, from the perspective of user needs, we should form an integrated manufacturing and service capability, establish and cultivate new market, and become the main supplier of intelligent manufacturing technology and products, and occupy the international market.
The core of industry 4 lies in the comprehensive penetration of production, products and services. This penetration is realized by software, through the networking of products and services on the Internet and other networks. Industry 4 focuses on two aspects: product development and production process.
In a word, I think the industry is the two "4 parallel implementation": on the one hand, in the product, the user needs the function and performance of digital simulation and rapid materialization "virtual reality"; on the other hand, in the production process, and implementation of all digital simulation to the allocation of resources from the factory production materials". Through cloud computing, big data, Internet and other means to achieve cross enterprise, industry and regional production chain integration to effectively meet users' personalized needs, and ultimately complete the reconstruction of value chain.
Standardization is the vane of the development of Technology
Q: standardization is the first priority in the 4 priority industries of eight industries released by Germany. International standardization has always been regarded as a weathervane of technological development. Please give us a brief introduction of the status of international standardization of industrial 4.
Ouyang Jinsong: technical power, standard first. At present, 4 industrial involved directly related to international standards including digital factory, safety and security, energy efficiency, system integration, network control and so on several big technical field, most of the standard from IEC/TC65 (industrial control and Automation Technology Committee), also including IEC/SC3D (product attributes, classification and representation, ISO/TC184 (integrated) industrial automation system), ISO/IECJTC1 (Information Technology), IEC/TC17B (low voltage switch and controller), IEC/TC44 (Mechanical) standard technical committee.
Both IEC and ISO established specialized industrial 4 international standardization organizations in 2014 and 2015, respectively. In August 2014, IEC/SMB (Standard Management Bureau) established SG8 industrial 4.0/ intelligent manufacturing "strategic working group, to carry out research on the standard system of intelligent manufacturing, and in June 2016 will be submitted to the SMB final report suggested that ISO and IEC jointly set up a joint committee of intelligent manufacturing system (SyC), making the TC/SC consistent reference architecture and intelligent manufacturing model. In October 2014, IEC/MSB (market strategy Bureau) launched the white paper project of "future factory" to carry out the research of intelligent manufacturing market demand, technology development and long-term planning. The white paper has been formulated and released. In 2015, ISO/TMB (Technology Administration Bureau) set up a strategic consultant group of "industrial 4.0/ intelligent manufacturing" to carry out the research on the 4 standard strategy of industry.
As a main position of intelligent manufacturing industry 4.0/ international standard, IEC/TC65 WG16 set up a "digital factory" working group in early June 2011, developed a "IEC62794 industrial process measurement and control and automation of production process with reference model (Digital Factory)", the standard has been made by SAC/TC124 is transformed into China's national standard GB/Z32235-2015. In February 2016, TC65 set up two special working groups: intelligent manufacturing information model and intelligent manufacturing framework and system architecture, which fully support the related works of intelligent manufacturing. As a domestic unit for this work, the Institute has sent experts to the work of all the working groups above.
From the great power of the manufacturing industry to the power of the manufacturing industry
Q: in March 19, 2015, the State Council released the first ten year action plan "manufacturing China 2025" since the founding of the people's Republic of China, and identified intelligent manufacturing as the main direction. Please introduce the development ideas of our intelligent manufacturing strategy and the relevant policies of the major ministries and commissions.
Ouyang Jinsong: the global manufacturing industry is facing great changes in the manufacturing technology system, manufacturing mode, industry form and value chain. Developed countries have launched a series of strategic initiatives, including Germany's industrial 4, the United States reinvigorate the manufacturing industry, the Japanese robot revolution, and so on. However, the current situation in China's manufacturing industry is the parallel in the three stages of "2 courses, 3 popularization and 4 demonstration". Although it has become a big manufacturing country, it still faces many problems, such as rigid constraints of resources and environment, low product quality, lack of innovation and core competitiveness, irrational industrial structure and so on. Therefore, intelligent manufacturing in China is to achieve the goal of intelligent, efficient, high-quality, collaborative, green and safe development of manufacturing industry, and complete the transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power. Various ministries and commissions, including the Ministry of industry and information, the Ministry of science and technology and the national standard committee, have issued a series of measures.
In early 2015, the Ministry of industry and Commerce set up an intelligent manufacturing comprehensive standardization working group. The instrument and Electronics Institute, the China Academy of electronic technology standardization and the Telecommunication Research Institute of the Ministry of industry and commerce, as the supporting units, comprehensively combed the existing standards. After a year's work, the national intelligent manufacturing standard system construction guide (2015 Edition) was formally issued in December 2015. In March 2015 launched a pilot demonstration of intelligent manufacturing special action, the key focus from manufacturing, process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, intelligent equipment and intelligent products, the new model of the new format, intelligent management, intelligent manufacturing services 6, approved 46 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration project. In May 2015, the project on intelligent manufacturing projects was launched in 2015, and 93 projects were carried out.
In 2012, the Ministry of science and Technology issued the "special plan for the" "the development of intelligent manufacturing technology" in 12th Five-Year. According to seize the high-end, focus, enterprises, service development principles, combined with the world development trend and future frontier commanding point, the key manufacturing technologies of intelligent capture cutting-edge core technologies and common, high-end equipment development and demonstration of a number of intelligent, application and industrialization. In 2014, the Ministry of science and Technology launched the "13th Five-Year" national key development program started key research task priority collection work, which is one of the key directions around the promotion of major scientific and technological needs of industrial transformation and upgrading, as a breakthrough in intelligent manufacturing, promote the basic materials and focus on New materials, basic components, basic technology, high-end equipment and other industries in common the key technology research and industrialization, the transformation of traditional industries to promote energy-saving emission reduction and clean production.
In order to implement the German government signed the "Sino German cooperation action plan" and the Deputy Prime Minister Ma Kai and Deputy Prime Minister Gabriel of Germany's six point consensus, in May 2015, by the National Standards Commission and the Ministry of science and technology and the German Federal Ministry of economics and technology, the German Institute for Standardization (DIN), German electrical and electronic and Information Technology Committee (DKE) German machinery and equipment manufacturing industry association (VDMA) jointly established Sino German LED intelligent manufacturing (industry 4) standardization working group. The Secretariat of the Chinese working group is jointly undertaken by the Institute of science and technology, the China Institute of electronic technology standardization and the Beijing Institute of machine tools.
All life cycle intelligent manufacturing started
Q: what do you suggest for the next step in smart manufacturing?
Ouyang Jinsong: Although China in the "11th Five-Year", "12th Five-Year" planning planning, strategic emerging industrial policies in advanced manufacturing, the integration of the two are placed in a very important position and support related industry has made significant progress and a large number of technological achievements, also emerged a number of outstanding achievements in the field of advanced manufacturing enterprises. But in terms of intelligent manufacturing, at present, both theoretical structure and practical technological conditions are still in the primary stage. It will take a long time to enter the industrial 4 era. Now, including R & D and production base, SIEMENS industrial automation products in the new Chengdu Volkswagen production line simulation system, although has been used in virtual simulation, optimization of process planning technology, but from the whole life cycle of intelligent real manufacturing also has a long way to go.
Next, we should start from several aspects: first, we must clear track and study the implementation of intelligent manufacturing industry 4, aims to achieve customization, build collaborative manufacturing, green manufacturing and security capabilities, improve product quality, improve production efficiency, is not the information manufacturing in the past to do it again.
Second, while actively combing the existing support standards, we will closely follow the work on the formulation of new international standards. At the same time, according to the actual situation in China, the top level leading and basic standards are formulated as soon as possible. For example, general requirements for intelligent manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing systems, energy efficiency, technical requirements and evaluation methods, intelligent manufacturing consistency and interoperability general technical requirements.
Third, carry out the standardized basic research work of data dictionary, digital factory, reference model and so on, and establish a unified data service platform that is in line with the international standards.
Fourth, we should pay attention to core technology breakthroughs, research bottlenecks and constraints that need tackling key technologies and set up a standard system and a unified testing platform that are in line with China's actual conditions. Two key points are as follows: first, we should consider the functional safety and information security of the system and form the safety guarantee system and capability of Intelligent Manufacturing Based on risk analysis; two, we should carry out the research of reliability integrated application technology.
Fifth, we should fully carry out research on existing data platform of different industries and enterprises, intensify research on typical factory, typical process digital factory model, and establish database, in order to build foundation for nationwide promotion and service of more industries.
In the future, manufacturing industry in every country will face challenges from many aspects such as business mode, business organization, process management, technology, tools and so on. We must find our own way to success. First of all, we must remain calm and realize that the manufacturing industry in China is different from Germany. Our industry is faced with the parallel situation of 2, 3 and 4 industries. The industry 4 should be used as reference instead of simply copying. Secondly, it needs wisdom, courage and sacrifice, and dare to face the current problems.
