Recently, Chinese National Defence Industry Association released the 2016 annual industrial enterprise management innovation of national defense science and technology achievement award, in hundreds of management innovation achievements nationwide each military group to declare the project in the selection of the award-winning achievements of 223, of which 34 first prize. Northern shares declared entitled "high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises based on information integration of integrated quality chain management" management innovation, won the first prize.

The selection by the first units to declare the achievements created, then owned by the military group recommended participating, and then by the Committee of experts, the letter, the first trial defense candidate results and expert review, finally approved by the national defense science and technology industry enterprise management innovation achievement appraisal committee. The selected innovation results must be representative in the related industries, and they can be issued without any objection.
