New development of WPF1600 micro bubble flotation system of coal mining machinery company

The day before, a coal company for slime water treatment WPF1600 micro bubble flotation system was successfully developed.

According to the company's washing engineering technology branch of the project staff, equipment for coal slime water discharge process, the need for clean coal and tail coal separation market needs to carry out technical research. In addition, the micro bubble flotation machine used by the system is a jet flotation machine. Compared with the traditional flotation machine, the flotation machine has the advantages of small size, high processing capacity and low energy consumption. After successful trial operation, the system can be tailored to the user's production scale, and the output of slime is 200 thousand t/a, which can increase the sales income of 15 million ~2000 million yuan for the coal preparation plant, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
