Sany launches lightweight all wheel steering off-road crane
Recently, Sany's heavy lifting Division launched a new crane named STC750A. The crane meets the requirements of all wheel steering, light weight, good performance, high performance price ratio and so on. It has attracted much attention after the appearance of Beijing BICES exhibition.
It is understood that the idea of developing such a crane comes from a customer's worries. In June this year, a customer mentioned that he used 75 tons of cranes, but the tonnage of the crane weight is heavy, when the sea transportation, often restricted. Moreover, his work place is narrow, the crane turning radius is big, the operation is very inconvenient. I hope to have a full wheel steering lightweight 75 tons crane products.
31 heavy product manager Xie Enhua said, in fact, customer demand separately, it is not difficult to achieve. As early as a few years ago, 31 of the products exported to Brazil have appeared all wheel steering products, chassis technology is also very mature. However, at the same time to meet the whole wheel steering, light weight, good performance, cost-effective products in the country is still blank, but also become a new technology difficulties in the development of new products.
In order to enhance the performance of cranes, the researchers adjusted the structural strength, using a heavy high-strength structure frame, in ensuring the weight does not increase, while the rigidity increased by 30%, greatly enhance the carrying capacity. At the same time, considering the stability of the equipment, the outrigger span is increased by 3%, and the weight of the counterweight is increased to 13 tons, which ensures the leading performance of the whole vehicle.
The new product is equipped with four wheel steering chassis full bridge, this design can make the turning diameter reduced significantly, have a narrow space walk a fine ability, solved the difficult problem of common crane operation in narrow space. Off-road tires provide a guarantee for the vehicle to travel freely and stably in all kinds of complex ground conditions. In addition, the crane is also equipped with a sleeper, which also belongs to the industry for the first time.
After the completion of STC750A crane development, it appeared in Beijing BICES exhibition in September 22nd. "I was a little worried at the beginning, for fear that the audience wouldn't buy it." Xie Enhua's worries soon disappeared, and on the first day, many people came to inquire. "Good expectations. Everybody was interested. We got a lot of orders." Xie Enhua said, everyone's approval makes him confident of the market prospects of the product.
