31 will help build more than a thousand renting houses in Changsha

Recently, 31 signed the nearly 200 million orders to use PC housing industrialization technology (hereinafter referred to as PC) to help Changsha more than a thousand sets of renting.

It is understood that this order contains two items: ETS Metro two (also called Lang Park Airport) and Langli three public rental period, of which only two will be the new town of Yitong thousand units of public rental, so customers for the construction units to choose very carefully. In order to meet the high standard demand of customers, the 31 PC department also redesigned the architectural drawings. By virtue of the unique advantages of 31 in the field of PC housing industrialization, the utilization ratio of resources was improved, and finally the customers' comprehensive building ability better than their peers could successfully move customers. And with the use of 31 mature PC technology, the building construction time of the more than a thousand renting houses will be shortened to about half a year.

"Fast" is a consistent recognition of PC. In this year's Expo, 31 PC built up three days' model house to subvert everyone's feelings, but many people still have doubts about the quality of the house built by PC. Therefore, Dai Xuejie, the head of the 31 PC department, said that in fact, the houses built by PC are equal to or better than those in the traditional way in terms of concrete strength, seismic capacity and service life.

First, the PC building uses a higher starting point for concrete. According to the relevant national standards, the starting point of the concrete used for PC building is "430", which is higher than that of the "420" concrete in the traditional building. In terms of aseismic capacity and service life, at present, the State applies the same standard to PC houses and traditional buildings, that is to say, PC houses can be verified only when the requirements are up to standard.

It is worth mentioning that during the construction process, the way of reinforcement connection directly affects the seismic capacity of buildings. The 31 PC adopts the leading steel bar connection mode at home, which makes the aseismic capacity of 31 PC housing flat or higher than that of traditional buildings. In addition, 31 PC also has the great advantage of "five sections and one environmental protection", including saving 80% water resources, 60% energy, 20% materials, 20% land and 70% working hours. In addition, it can also reduce 76% exhaust emissions and 90% construction waste, which is very consistent with the trend of green environmental protection in the industry.

Now, since the company entered the PC field in 2013, it has been "moving". After the 31 PC production line was listed, it attracted the attention of more than 30 outstanding enterprises, such as Tianjin housing, China Construction eight bureau, China Construction three Bureau and so on, and finally reached a cooperation.

At present, as the only domestic enterprises to provide PC equipment solutions, 31 have mastered PC equipment complete sets of technology and automation, intelligence, information technology and other core technologies, as well as the PC design and installation of production technology, with more than 40 patents in the housing industry.

In the future, 31 will rely on Hunan 31 fast housing and Housing Industry Co., Ltd. and Hunan 31 industrial Career Technical College and other departments to create the largest PC complete set of R & D and production base in China, which will provide excellent talents for housing industrialization.
