Innovation record of national hoisting machinery quality inspection
Recently, by the Beijing lifting transport machinery design and Research Institute of the national hoisting machinery quality supervision and Inspection Center (hereinafter referred to as the center) for type test of Huisman (Chinese) 2400t portal crane manufacturing steel products Co. Ltd won the Guinness world record certificate.
The 2400t portal crane is the world famous marine equipment manufacturer HUISMAN Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huisman (Chinese) steel products company specifically for the company terminal production. The crane production acceptance process of the Lloyd's register was installed in the local authentication, inspection and acceptance inspection, and commissioned by the center for type testing. In the comparison of several inspection organizations, the type test carried out by the center is approved by the manufacturer and the Guinness certification expert. Therefore, the certificate confirms that the acquisition of the Guinness record is based on the center test.
In 2014, the center received Huisman (China) invited the type test of steel products company limited, the money after 3 years of development and manufacturing of the world's largest 2400t portal crane type test. Because the prototype by the European design, design personnel engaged in marine products design, products need to be certified by Lloyd's register, design specification design concept and our differences. The crane has a huge structure and complex organization, involving various aspects of machine, electricity and liquid, and the supporting parts come from all countries in the world. In addition, there are special conditions, such as 1200t and 2400t, the state of the crane is different. Therefore, before the test, we need to have a clear understanding of design, manufacturing, testing, quality documents and so on. We should not only meet the requirements of the domestic type test rules, but also check the relevant design requirements.
After receiving the invitation, the center immediately organized the backbone to set up a special type test group and the manufacturing unit to communicate in the early stage of the experiment. According to the design requirements, test requirements, test conditions, test procedures, according to the special test stages and other issues with the manufacturing units and headquarters in Holland made a lot of communication and coordination, to confirm the test requirements, the implementation of field test conditions, test method, test procedure and division of labor cooperation. The communication and coordination work in the early stage of the test lasted for more than a year with the design, manufacture, installation and test preparation. Based on the early communication and coordination between the two sides, the test center is divided into two stages, sending out 12 time inspectors and inviting 20 engineers to participate. The whole experiment lasted for 10 months. The complexity of this type of test condition, the long communication and testing time, the wide range of communication and coordination, and the great difficulty are unprecedented. It is a great challenge and test for our center.
