Kony will receive another 146 units of GPA10 RTG orders
Recently came the news that the company gains again Berlusconi Georgia port authority for 10 sets of full electric tire gantry crane (RTG) order, the RTG will be delivered to the port of Savannah garden city ferry service, the successful delivery of orders, the number of the port of Savannah, then, RTG will reach 146 units.

The new order of Coney RTG is the 16 round of RTG, lifting capacity of 41 tons, stacking 5 over 6, stacking width of 6 containers plus a card lane. They are all electric cranes powered by a slip wire system, and equipped with an active load control system that can prevent container swing and significantly improve container handling performance. DGPS autopilot is also included in the delivery list, so that these cranes can travel along the preprogrammed straight path. Like the cranes that were delivered before, the cranes also installed the Kony TRUCONNECT remote monitoring system.
Savannah port has the single largest container terminal facilities in North America similar ports, including two modern deep-water wharf: Garden City Pier and ocean pier. These facilities are the guarantee and symbol of GPA's high efficiency and productivity standards. The year 2013, the total cargo of Savannah port container transport volume of the United States accounted for 8% and the container exports 10.9%.
According to the order, the 10 cranes will be delivered in the summer of 2016.
