XCMG's first cantilever tunnel boring machine successfully offline
Recently, XCMG successfully launched the XTR260 cantilever tunnel boring machine for mountain tunnel construction, marking the XCMG officially entered the mountain tunnel construction field. XCMG at home and abroad through market research, extensive understanding of customer needs, planning and development, Gongjian difficulties, overcome the large span cutting arm, hard rock cutting head, automatic roll cable core technology, recently implemented the XTR260 cantilever tunneling machine launched successfully.
The mountain tunnel project is increasing day by day in the great environment of the national highway planning, railway network and urban rail transit, especially the traffic infrastructure construction in the southwest. But the traditional drilling and blasting method, the construction of dangerous and cross-sectional size is not controllable, high cost, low efficiency, can not meet the tunnel construction safety and low cost, high efficiency demand. In 2013, XCMG boldly used the coal mine roadheader in the field of tunnel construction, developed the hard rock type roadheader which adapted to rock tunneling, and won the market opportunity. However, the application of hard rock type roadheader in tunnel construction has limitations in cutting range, material loading, vehicle structure and high voltage power supply, and the cutting height is smaller.
As the first domestic roadheader specially used for tunnel construction, the location of cutting area, cutting height of over 7.1 meters, the mountain tunnel, cross section height can be a cut in place, does not need the layered construction, cutting section shape free, with controllable size, tunneling amplitude, stronger rock breaking capacity, the construction of low cost, higher construction efficiency, will effectively enhance the tunnel construction quality and efficiency, promote the transformation of the construction mode of domestic tunnel, fill the blank of cantilever tunneling machine.
