Analysis and present investigation of pressurization process in hydraulic excavator cab
Supercharged vehicle passing analysis
The pressurized cab has an external circulation ventilation system which uses the blower of the air conditioning system to deliver clean, fresh air to the wheelhouse after filtering through the outer loop air conditioning screen. When the cab is well sealed, the air inside the cab will be larger than the amount of air leaked from the cab, which raises the pressure inside the cab. When the amount of air entering the cab and the amount of air discharged from the cab reaches a relatively balanced state, the pressure inside the cab is maintained at a constant value. The better the cab's tightness, the higher the air pressure you can get inside the cab, and it's easier to keep the dust outside the cab. But the increase in air pressure inside the cab causes an increase in the exhaust backpressure of the blower, which leads to a decrease in air flow into the cab, and an increase in the amount of air that is leaking from the inside of the cab to the outside.
Status investigation
According to standard:
(1) the engine of the test engine operates at rated speed, and the voltage on the terminals of both ends of the blower motor shall not exceed 20% of the normal value of the system.
(2) pressurization device with maximum exhaust air, blower works at maximum speed 15min.
After the test machine failed to meet the national standard, it is necessary to improve the air tightness of the cab.
